Give us three classes to show you what you're capable of, and you will see a difference in your body. Re/forme is an addiction waiting to happen (the best kind of addiction), so we recommend the class packages or memberships!

New client specials may only be used once for first time clients, and may not be used with any other promotions. You can however buy the "test the waters" package, and then buy the "lets do this" month unlimited.

PERKS! All monthly pack contract holders will receive 10% off all retail in the studio, including socks, and will also be able to waive one late cancellation or no show credit loss every month.

Classes do not roll over into following months and are under a "use it or lose it" policy. 3 month and 6 month contracts are auto-renewal and require permission for automatic withdrawal from your account. All policies regarding contracts can be found below and prior to purchase. Contracts can only be purchased online and in the custom re/forme app, not through the generic mindbody app unfortunately.

The VIP pack is a 12 month commitment and requires permission for automatic withdrawal from your account. All policies regarding contracts can be found below and prior to purchase. 

POLICIES

General terms and conditions

  • All sales are final, no refunds. Classes are not eligible for transfer or exchange

  • All classes must be paid in advance through our online booking system. We welcome drop-ins but a spot is not guaranteed.

  • Instructors are subject to change without notice

  • Socks with grips are required for all classes. They are available for purchase at the studio.

  • We will automatically renew your auto-pay package at the end of the 3, 6 or 12 month agreement. To cancel your renewal, please email us at info@reformelagree at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you spot may be given to a waitlist or walk in client.

  • Please refrain from using your phone during class. If there is an urgent matter please head to the back of the room to take care of it and return to your machine and class once you are done.

  

Monthly Unlimited Packages

  • Limit one sessions per day.

  • Clients enrolled in monthly unlimited package will incur a $20 no show or $15 late cancellation fee.

  • A valid credit card must be on file for all active accounts.

  • We will automatically renew your unlimited packages. To cancel your renewal, please email us at info@reformelagree at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.

Life happens 

Traffic? Your boss made you stay late? Your kids volunteered you to bring the snacks to soccer practice? We get it.

  • Make sure to cancel your class 10 hours before and you will receive a full credit to your account.

  • For class pack holders, no shows and late cancels will lose their class credit. For unlimited packages, no shows will be charged $20 and late cancellations will be charged $15.

  • In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled class, if there are spots available later that same day, you can re-schedule your class. You can only re-schedule one time per day. Please call the studio at least 45 min before your scheduled class time and we will help you switch into another class. We have to make the switch for you. You are not able to do this yourself. If you re-book yourself within the 10 hour window, you will be charged for both classes.

Waitlist

  • We definitely recommend adding yourself to the waitlist if a class is full!

  • You must have a class credit on your account to join the waitlist.

  • If you are on the waitlist, it is presumed that you will be able to attend the class if a spot comes available. If your plans change, remove yourself from the waitlist at least 10 hours before class to not be penalized if you miss the class.
